Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media and content strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence, including content planning, calendar management, content creation, copywriting, scheduling, real-time optimization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of social media and content initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and other stakeholders to support social media and content objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure our clients' social media presence remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
