Job Title: Social Media and Content Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Lead to play a crucial part in maintaining and developing our brand's company presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content and social media plan to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Lead and direct the Social Media team and in-house production team to ensure high-quality content is presented across all social platforms.
  • Collaborate with global brand managers to discuss social content ideas and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with external content creators to create collaborative campaigns.
  • Deliver engagement reports to management to inform future content strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least four years of experience in social media and content marketing.
  • Ecommerce experience is desired.
  • Experience with art direction and excellent social media marketing skills, including paid social.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver engagement reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and direct teams.
