Job Summary

Suri Online Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to drive our online presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and designing eye-catching graphics to enhance our brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content aligned with our brand voice and objectives, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Design high-quality graphics using Canva to ensure content visually aligns with our brand style.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and feedback; analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand relevant.
  • Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design (essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads, is desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
  • Examples of graphic design work (portfolio or samples required).
