We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at People Squad. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual brand strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics, to support our brand's messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our visual brand.
  • Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement design concepts that meet our brand's visual identity and messaging guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand's visual identity and messaging guidelines, and apply this knowledge to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of completed design projects that demonstrate your skills and experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
