Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This role will involve hands-on day-to-day management of organic social media channels for key clients, development and implementation of social media and content strategies, line management and development of a marketing intern, and ownership of the social media management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop organic social media channels across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop and implement social media and content strategies across client brand portfolios.
  • Line manage and develop a marketing intern to work on social media and content projects.
  • Own the social media management process, including content planning, calendar management, content development, copywriting, scheduling, real-time optimization, and reporting and analysis.
  • Brief in-house and external content creators, including graphic designers, content creators, videographers, and photographers.
  • Manage social media and content-specific projects across client brand portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure the needs of the wider business are incorporated into the social media and content agenda.
  • Develop and implement content for paid social media advertising, email, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Manage client meetings, interactions, and communication.
  • Participate in the growth, development, and improvement of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media, content, trend, and real-time marketing landscape.
  • Proven experience with social media management platforms, social media listening tools, influencer marketing, TikTok, and Meta.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a key social media role for a brand or consumer-facing business.
  • Passion for brands and marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to manage workload, multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Pride in work and excellent attention to detail.
  • Accountability for own actions, leveraging team skillset, and not being afraid to ask for help.
  • People management and development skills.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Current right to work and live in the UK without sponsorship or a visa.
