Are you an experienced professional in HR information systems seeking new opportunities?

MSX International Limited is in search of a skilled HR Information Systems Manager to advocate for the requirements and interests of the People Services Hub while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure an effective HR system.

This position will directly engage with the Director of Enterprise Applications to provide strategic guidance and design insights for our HR system, particularly focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding.

In addition, you will play a key role in enhancing internal capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to the Director of People Services Hub and related teams, offering insights into the potential of Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • Work closely with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Facilitate decision-making within the unit regarding Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding content and developmental priorities.
  • Establish a comprehensive roadmap from conception to execution for the HR system.
  • Plan and implement the short, medium, and long-term product strategy for SuccessFactors offerings.
  • Lead and oversee a team responsible for HR systems management.
  • Promote continuous enhancement within Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • Build internal capacity and capability to manage and refine Employee Central as a reliable source of accurate workforce data.
  • Supervise a team of three direct reports, managing their performance, development, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Engage with the HR leadership team to comprehend their requirements and translate them into system improvements.
  • Act as a senior advisor, providing recommendations for system enhancements and optimizing HR processes.

Our ideal HR Information Systems Manager will possess exceptional leadership and communication abilities, along with:


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors products, both strategic and delivery).
  • Demonstrated experience in defining HR lifecycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and ongoing improvement.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR systems management, particularly with SuccessFactors.
  • Strong comprehension of end-to-end HR processes and their integration with technological solutions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in HR technology and system administration.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
