Job Summary

Sanderson Recruitment is working with a global Business Process Outsourcing organisation to expand their team within centralised business applications services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical roadmap and portfolio of initiatives centred around the global HR function's core HR system, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Partner directly with the global HR function and its leaders to scope current usage, assess gaps and gather requirements.
  • Work closely with 3rd party technical partners to coordinate the delivery and implementation of technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience of working directly with 3rd party technical partners.
  • Technically minded by nature.
