Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR Duties: day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in Disciplinary Organise and document disciplinary meetings and
  • Staff Wellbeing Topics: support staff wellbeing initiatives.
  • Benefits Management: Administration of Staff Benefits platform
  • Staff Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and DBS applications.
  • Training Bookings: Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees.
  • HR Systems Management: Ensure HR systems are kept up to date with accurate employee information.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collect and prepare payroll data for processing.
  • Group Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in using BambooHR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR systems and payroll software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
