  • Sample Coordination: Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of product samples to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Sales Invoicing: Accurately process and raise sales invoices in GBP, EURO, and Dollars, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Basic Accounts Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks related to sales and stock management, including reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales administration or stock management is essential, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic accounts and comfortable working with multiple currencies, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
