Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual global success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Partner Account Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner account plans that achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
  • Provide Regular Updates and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Required
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker.
    • Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Professional proficiency in English.
