About the Role

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising recruitment projects with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalizing agreements between employers and new recruits.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new customers and expand our client base.
  • Design and execute search plans, mapping, and headhunting initiatives to identify top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' soft skills and aptitudes to ensure the best fit for our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 360-degree recruitment.
  • Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment and a deep understanding of the Accounting and Finance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced level of English (both verbal and written) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • High level of self-motivation and stamina, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Teamwork and international mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different cultures and time zones.
