Senior Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise recruitment projects with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalising agreements between employers and new recruits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement effective search plans to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and aptitudes.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 360 recruitment.
- Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
- MS Office skills.
- High level of self-motivation and stamina.
- Teamwork and international mindset.
