The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising Recruitment Projects: You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles to finalizing agreements between employers and new recruits.
- Business Development: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our client base.
- Search Planning and Execution: You will design and implement search plans, map out target candidates, and conduct headhunting activities.
- Candidate Selection and Assessment: You will interview candidates, assess their soft skills and aptitudes, and prepare them for interviews.
- Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and exceeded.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of 360-degree recruitment experience
- Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written)
- Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality
- MS Office skills
- High level of self-motivation and stamina
- Teamwork and international mindset
