Relocation Sales Specialist

About the Role: Our client, a renowned provider of removals and storage solutions globally, is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant for Removals to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through effective lead generation.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships to enhance the value of services offered.
- Address and resolve client complaints and objections professionally.
- Concentrate on Business Development, Scheme Creation, and enhancing Client and Partner Experiences.
- Forge strong connections with influential agents and business leaders.
- Promote the company through networking, webinars, and social media in alignment with the strategic business plan.
- Engage in technical Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending relevant seminars and training sessions.
- Conduct thorough video and site surveys at clients' residences to provide accurate quotations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on projects and case studies to stimulate business interest.
- Drive revenue and profit margins to meet personal, team, and organizational targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities and report significant developments to the wider group.
- Work closely with management to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings to present sales data, discuss pending accounts, and outline future targets.
- Report risks and provide guidance to team members and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Environmental policies in all operations under your supervision.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for self-driven individuals with a minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience in the Removals or Relocation sector. Knowledge of domestic, European, and international markets is a significant advantage. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, possess excellent customer service capabilities, and exhibit strong organizational and administrative skills.
Compensation: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £40,000, commensurate with experience and skills, along with commission opportunities.
