**Job Summary**

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces, and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop an effective territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and identify new sales opportunities within clinical areas for hospital partners.
  • Showcase your ability to manage and close complex capital opportunities by excelling in stakeholder mapping, action planning, and business development with specific examples of how you have managed tender, rental, and total managed services contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector, including Manual Handling, Tissue Viability, Medical Engineers, Finance, Procurement, and other clinical specialists.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
  • Utilize your medical capital sales experience to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create and execute innovative sales strategies that have helped secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
