Regional Commercial Manager – Wound Care - North East

About the Role:

Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to join their team in the North East territory. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a commercially driven market access strategy, identifying key customers and stakeholders, and growing the company's unique service offering across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a market access plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Identify and prioritize high-priority accounts across the territory, leveraging healthcare data to inform decision-making
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand clinical needs and adapt the company's service and product base to meet those needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Medicines Management, Associate Directors of nursing, Hospital Procurement, Senior Service Managers, Pharmacy and Procurement Leads
  • Stay up-to-date with changes within the NHS and the challenges and opportunities within the therapy area
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve overall business objectives and contribute to the company's success

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in Medical Devices (Wound Care specifically) and a proven track record in a relevant sales/market access/BDM type role
  • Experience of KOL development and stakeholder engagement at various levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret healthcare data and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and business growth
