Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at CHASE. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of clinical bed, stretcher, pressure care surfaces and service offerings within the hospital and residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to maintain existing business and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
- Manage and close complex capital opportunities by excelling in stakeholder mapping, action planning and business development.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Medical capital sales experience.
- Demonstrated success of identifying and winning new business.
- Ability to map and manage complex and multiple stakeholders to influence decision making.
- Energetic approach with a passion for finding innovative solutions for customers.
- High accountability and results-focused.
- Ability to analyze and develop a territory P+L.
