About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new leads to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive value and revenue
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and objections in a professional manner
  • Focus on scheme creation, business development, and client experience to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key agents and business figures to drive referrals and partnerships
  • Actively promote the business through social media, networking, and webinars to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to drive business growth and innovation
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience in the removals and relocation industry
  • Strong knowledge of domestic, European, and international removals and relocation services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
