Job Summary:

Madisons Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Land Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land for our clients in the housing development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Land Sourcing: Establish and maintain relationships with land agents, landowners, and other stakeholders to identify potential land opportunities.
  • Site Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of land opportunities to determine their viability and potential for development.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the land market.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on land opportunities to ensure they meet our clients' requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with landowners and other stakeholders to secure land acquisitions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple land acquisition projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a related field, such as real estate, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
