Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with our Director of Learning & Development to design and implement talent and performance strategies that drive business outcomes.
  2. Empower our Talent Development Specialist to excel in their role, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  3. Revamp our talent management processes to ensure they're efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
  4. Develop and implement a talent management approach that promotes mobility and collaboration across the organization.
  5. Elevate our career management platform and resources to inspire personal responsibility for growth and development.
  6. Streamline our performance management approaches and materials to ensure they're fair, transparent, and aligned with our business goals.
  7. Embodies the 'One ZipRecruiter' culture, working collaboratively to deploy exceptional talent and performance-oriented learning solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, learner-focused L&D solutions. You should have a proven track record of fostering innovation and collaboration, comprehensive knowledge of the entire L&D cycle, and an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends and best practices.

Experience in managing talent and/or performance processes is essential. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment, with strong project management skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
