Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Learning & Development to design and execute talent and performance strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent Development Specialist to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to excel.
  • Revamp talent management processes to enhance mobility and participation in cross-business talent forums.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs that cater to the needs of senior leaders and equip them with the necessary skills to drive business success.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the development of line manager capability offerings to ensure both behavioral and technical skills are nurtured.
  • Elevate the career management platform and resources to inspire personal responsibility for progress and growth.
  • Streamline performance management approaches and materials to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Manage development resources, tools, and external provider relationships to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions.

What We're Looking For

We seek a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, learner-focused L&D solutions. You should have a proven track record of fostering innovation and collaboration, comprehensive knowledge of the entire L&D cycle, and an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends and best practices. Experience in managing talent and/or performance processes is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, creative environment with strong project management skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
