Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Ambassador to join our team at 67 Pall Mall. As a key member of our dining room team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Section Management: Manage your section of the dining room efficiently and professionally, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and preparation of dishes, ensuring accurate and timely service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of service.
  • Member Relationships: Build strong relationships with members, understanding their preferences and tastes, and providing tailored service.
  • Service Standards: Maintain the highest standards of service, as set by our Restaurant Manager, and ensure consistency across all shifts.
