Position: Resident Liaison Officer


MCG Construction is in search of a committed Resident Liaison Officer to join our esteemed main contractor team within the social housing industry. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication and collaboration among the site team, residents, and clients.

Your responsibilities will include working on a planned maintenance project in the social housing sector, where your expertise will be invaluable. The majority of your time will be spent in the office, performing essential administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing daily calendars.
  • Addressing resident concerns and issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating seamless communication among all stakeholders to enhance project execution.
  • Proactively working to minimize disruptions for residents and fostering positive relationships with all involved parties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is required.
  • Knowledge of occupied refurbishment processes is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in IT and adaptability to on-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.

Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
