United Living boasts one of the largest in-house teams in the UK for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance.

Role Overview

As an essential member of our organization, you will significantly impact the lives of the individuals we serve while having the opportunity to advance your career in property services.

In your role as a Community Engagement Officer , you will serve as a visible point of contact for residents, engaging them through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.

You will ensure that residents are informed about the work processes and effectively communicate updates and changes. Additionally, you will manage the handover of keys to site teams and provide exceptional customer aftercare, ensuring that projects are completed to satisfaction while managing expectations among residents, clients, and our operational teams.

Qualifications

With the ability to navigate challenging situations, as a Community Engagement Officer , you will be an outstanding communicator capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working for a contractor or in a client-side resident liaison or community engagement capacity, ideally within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.

You will demonstrate resilience under pressure and appreciate the importance of discretion and respect in a public-facing role.
