You will help to develop creative content for use across all our internal comms channels including emails, Teams meetings, breakfast events, townhalls, face to face events, huddles with our Leadership Team, and the colleague intranet and benefits portal. You will ensure we’re building awareness and driving colleague  satisfaction. You will get involved in running colleague surveys, focus groups, promoting our company charities, liaising with external organisations to ensure our rewards offer and platform is the best it can be and championing our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and objectives.

The role is incredibly varied and no two days are the same. As a newly created position, this is your chance to make the role your own, as well as being the voice of PeoplePlus. You will need to be a self-starter, an experienced internal comms specialist and ready to be part of an organisation that cares about making a difference to the lives of its colleagues and customers.

This role is part-time but full-time will be considered for the right candidate. The role is offered on an initial 12 month adoption leave period.
