We have great opportunity to work as a **Communications & Engagement Executive **at our West Bromwich office.

You will support the Head of Communications & Engagement and Communications team to design, plan and deliver employee communications through a variety of channels and projects introducing fresh ways to deliver engaging communications.

Deliver day-to-day communications activities, channel activity and processes while supporting the People team to drive our culture and align employees with our values

Key Responsibilities**:Write, edit, and proofread relevant, and accurate content for a variety of channels such as newsletter, digital signage, intranet, leadership briefings.
- Design and produce engaging assets and collateral/content in line with brand guidelines to enhance team member experience and perception.
- Understand the communications strategy - maintain the calendar and plan.
- Deliver comms aspects allocated to you, reporting regularly on their effectiveness and ideas for improvement.
- Support delivery of campaigns, and projects, keeping stakeholders briefed.
- Support the planning and delivery of events.
- Develop and utilise communications systems and tools as per the agreed processes.
- Develop and facilitate relationships with key internal contacts across all departments to identify communications opportunities.
- Create in-house digital content including filming and editing videos and use graphic design tools such Adobe Suite e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, to create digital content.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications**:Previous relevant communications experience
- Good listening and communication skills
- Experience delivering content and campaigns on time to required standard.
- Content and copywriting skills
- Enthusiastic, positive, with a can-do approach.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to respond and adjust to challenges flexibly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Willingness to learn filming and editing videos and use graphic design tools such Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create digital content.**About Sharp Business Systems UK Plc**
