Mandeville is seeking a results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As part of the company's expansion into new markets and international territories, this role will play a crucial part in driving sales growth and achieving a target of £15 million by 2026.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Target Achievement:

Support the company's sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth.


Lead Generation:

Proactively identify and engage with new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and beyond, leveraging the company's product range to meet diverse customer needs.


Market Expansion:

Contribute to the company's expansion into new markets, offering innovative solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.


Sales Administration:

Manage sales processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer orders and inquiries.


Collaborative Team Player:

Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals, share best practices, and drive sales growth.


Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.


Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales performance, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused role, ideally within manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
