About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Change Analyst to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As an Agile Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in streamlining our change processes using Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Agile Process Improvement: Work closely with our Agile Practices and Delivery Lead to enhance productivity and ensure our changes are delivered safely and with maximum value for our customers.
  2. Change Management: Support the rollout of Agile Practices and DevOps, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate training sessions as needed on topics such as DevOps, Kanban, AWS, and Deployment Principles.
  3. Community Building: Chair and organize the Monthly Developer Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.
  4. Process Optimization: Work with the Incident Management team to close gaps, drive improvements to the change process, and incorporate findings into Key Controls.
  5. Atlassian Support: Support teams across the business on their transition to Atlassian, improving their working methods and moving away from existing tools such as spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Agile Methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as Agile Development tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Agile Certifications: Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications are desirable.
  • Business Acumen: Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment, with strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
