About the Role

We are seeking an Agile Change Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Agile practices across the organization. As an Agile Change Analyst, you will play a critical role in streamlining our change processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that our changes are delivered safely and with maximum value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout of Agile practices and DevOps, working closely with SMEs to coordinate training sessions on topics such as DevOps, Kanban, AWS, and Deployment Principles.
  • Chair and organize the Monthly Developer Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Work with the Incident Management team to analyze root cause findings, identify gaps, and drive improvements to the change process, incorporating findings into Key Controls where applicable.
  • Support teams across the business in their transition to Atlassian, improving working methods and moving away from existing tools such as spreadsheets.
Requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Agile development tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience running Agile ceremonies, such as retrospectives and stand-ups.
  • Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
