Agile Change Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Agile Change Analyst to join our team and drive the adoption of Agile practices across our organization. In this role, you'll work closely with our Agile Practices and Delivery Lead to enhance our change processes and ensure that our changes are delivered safely and with maximum value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of Agile practices and DevOps, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to coordinate training sessions as needed on topics such as DevOps, Kanban, AWS, and Deployment Principles.
  • Chair and organize the Monthly Developer Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
  • Work with the Incident Management team to stay close to root cause analysis findings, closing gaps and driving improvements to the change process.
  • Support teams across the business on their transition to Atlassian, improving their working methods and ensuring a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Agile Development tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
  • Knowledge of the entire software development life-cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience running Agile Ceremonies, such as retrospectives and stand-ups.
  • Agile Certifications, for example, Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
  • Planning, organization, and time management skills.
