We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and improve Agile principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile methodologies, helping them understand and embrace Agile principles and practices.
  • Work with the Agile Practices Team to identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement changes that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and events to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with Agile principles and goals, and manage expectations effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban, LEAN, or Scrum.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
  • Lived experience working in Agile methodologies such as Kanban.
  • Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile Certifications are a plus.
