We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Ivy Farm, a specialist independent Ofsted registered school in the West Midlands division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic support to young people aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with the specialist independent school to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Support the development of life skills, education, and personal growth.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and enriching environment for residents and staff.
