Senior Children's Adventure Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home and hold a Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare. You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our therapeutic programs, including outdoor and adventure activities.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Requirements- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
- A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare.
- A Full driving licence issued in the UK.
- A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities.
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
- Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
- Aged 21 or above.
