Job Title: Therapeutic Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Ivy Farm. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily living needs of our young residents, including personal care and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised care plans and support residents in achieving their goals.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
