About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at Ivy Farm, a specialist residential care facility for young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to residents, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of residents are met.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
