Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs and activities
- Support pupils with their emotional and physical needs
- Help prepare learning materials and resources
- Supervise pupils during indoor and outdoor activities
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with Autism and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
