About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Assistant to join our team at Lamledge School. As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Teachers to deliver high-quality education to our pupils with social, emotional, and behaviour difficulties.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Teachers to prepare classrooms and materials, support individual and small groups of pupils, and build positive relationships with pupils to promote interaction and learning.
