Job Title: Education Support Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our pupils with Autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs and activities
  • Support pupils with their emotional and physical needs
  • Help prepare learning materials and resources
  • Supervise pupils during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Autism and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support and care to our pupils
