Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Science Educator to become a vital part of our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality educational services to students in alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Plan, execute, and instruct individual students or small groups according to the established curriculum framework.
3. Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives related to the School Development Plan.
4. Foster the physical, educational, and moral growth of students in accordance with company policies.
5. Develop and implement tailored learning environments and programs to ensure student progression.
6. Oversee the teaching, development, assessment, and reporting of subjects across key stages as agreed with the leadership team.
7. Create, implement, and review individual education and behavior plans in collaboration with colleagues.
8. Ensure student safety in line with risk assessments during on-site and off-site activities.
9. Prepare Learning Support Assistants and other staff to effectively utilize teaching resources and aids.
10. Manage challenging behaviors, guiding students towards self-regulation.
Team Collaboration:
Actively participate as a member of the multi-professional team, fostering effective working relationships with colleagues.
