As a Culinary Support Assistant at Sodexo, you will be essential in ensuring our kitchen operates seamlessly and effectively, aiding in the preparation of our vibrant meals while maintaining cleanliness and organization in all work areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work surfaces.
  • Ensure that pots, dishes, and utensils are thoroughly washed and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the pot wash area and associated machinery.
  • Serve and restock food from counters and steam tables, and dismantle stations after meal periods.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock management, and replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for colleagues.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, including Health & Safety, Health & Hygiene, and Food Safety.
  • Basic food-handling knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory, as long as you are willing to learn.
  • No prior experience is necessary.
