About the Role

This senior position requires leadership of the Entier team on the unit to ensure that the provision of catering and full housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard at all times. This includes the delivery of quality laundry, accommodation, messroom, and janitorial services, while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the provision of catering services to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional housekeeping services, including laundry, accommodation, and messroom maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Relevant certifications, such as BOSIET (HUET), Catering Qualification, Food Hygiene certification, and STCW.
