About the Role

This skilled position requires management of the Entier team on the unit to ensure that the provision of catering and full housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard at all times. This includes the delivery of quality laundry, accommodation, messroom, and janitorial services, while adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of catering professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • BOSIET (HUET) certification.
  • Catering qualification and/or time-served experience.
  • Food Hygiene certification (preferably up-to-date).
  • STCW certification.
