Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Children's Home Managers

Career advancement and professional growth await an exceptional Children's Home Manager to lead the daily operations of a new children's home in Kent, providing comprehensive support to Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking children as they begin their resettlement journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for UAS children.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and coordinating staff to provide comprehensive support to UAS children.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and integration of UAS children into their new community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Children's Home Manager or Team Leader in a Residential Children's setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and external partners.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of between £32,933 and £37,188 per annum.
