Children's Home Manager Opportunity

Career advancement and professional growth await an exceptional Children's Home Manager to lead the daily operations of a new children's home in Kent, supporting Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking (UAS) children as they begin their resettlement journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring UAS children receive comprehensive support.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and coordinating staff to provide emotional care and practical guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Children's Residential setting, with a background in Team Leader/Manager roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £32,933 to £37,188 per annum.
  • A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • A generous annual leave allowance, including bank holidays and an extra day off at Christmas.
