Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Felbrigg House, a care home providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service, working closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of our service users.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support to individuals with complex needs, including those with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
  • Assisting with the development of a quality social care service, including meeting financial targets and deputising as the service lead.
  • Working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the effective management of the care home, including on-call duties.
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the care home, aligning with Elysium's objectives and business plans.

Successful candidates will have experience working in a senior role within the care sector, with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
