Job Description

Reed is seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to support the Senior Management team in a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including taking minutes at meetings and creating presentations and reports.
  • Support other administrative staff with overflow work and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Immediate availability for a temporary assignment.
  • Experience in similar administrative roles is highly desirable.
