Job Title: Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Moon Hall School. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our transport services, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the transport schedule, including creating and reviewing routes, booking forms, and agreements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for parents, drivers, and external bus companies.
  • Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with the PE/Games staff to book transport for match fixtures and offsite games.
  • Ensure the school transport information is up to date and accurate.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and safety procedures.
