We are seeking a Resource Allocation and Planning Officer to become a vital part of our team at Kier Group.

Role Overview

This position is focused on the effective planning and scheduling of our reinstatement teams to achieve critical business performance objectives while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing our planning software, Oracle, to optimize work schedules for teams, ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes and that key performance indicators are achieved.
  • Coordinating and addressing customer inquiries in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including field teams, performance managers, subcontractors, and other planning departments.
  • Performing administrative duties such as managing correspondence, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date job notes in our SAP system.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Resource Allocation and Planning Officer role will possess:

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong capability to operate effectively under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in working independently or collaboratively within a team, complemented by excellent IT, analytical, communication, and customer service abilities.
