Job Overview
The City of Lincoln Council is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Resource Allocation Specialist to become a vital member of our team.
You will join the Housing Repairs Division, which is dedicated to the upkeep and restoration of 7,800 properties across Lincoln. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional housing services and repairs to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate under the guidance of the Resource Allocation Team Leader to help achieve the goals of the repairs and maintenance service.
Plan and allocate resources over days to weeks to guarantee that residents receive excellent service and that resources are utilized effectively.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience in managing systems and procedures such as Servitor, Universal Housing, and Optitime/DRS.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to understand customers' repair needs and effectively liaise with relevant personnel to ensure the successful completion of necessary tasks.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting tasks and priorities.
GCSEs in Maths and English – Grades A to C or equivalent.
