Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate under the guidance of the Resource Allocation Team Leader to support the effective delivery of our repairs and maintenance services.

Efficiently schedule resources over varying timeframes to ensure tenants receive outstanding service while optimizing resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in managing systems and processes, such as Servitor, Universal Housing, and Optitime/DRS.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to understand customer repair needs and effectively liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

GCSE qualifications in Maths and English – Grades A to C or equivalent.
